BGA / HIDDEN LONDON 2012

I was thrilled to work with Bill Gee developing a series of site-specific commissions for the Mayors Office, off the beaten track in ‘Hidden London.’ We partnered world-class artists and creative orgs with unusual performance spaces. These included; the English National Ballet performing in Lidos and the Royal Opera House performing the Owl and the Pussy Cat along the Waterways. Oxford Contemporary Music worked with Mira Calix’s to create an incredible sound sculpture, Nothing is Set in Stone, a reactive musical sculpture made of gneiss stones with support from the Natural History Museum, which sat prominently on a hill in the beautiful Fairlop Waters.
